To stay motivated and disciplined I suggest 4 steps:

ONE – Write it down. Write down your achievable goal and place this where you can see it every day. Take a sticky note and put it on your bathroom mirror, and/or add it to your refrigerator.

TWO – Be Prepared. Being prepared is a necessity to achieve discipline when you are not motivated. Meal Prep and schedule those workouts and the much needed “me time” into your schedule.

THREE – Get an accountability buddy. If you do not have a support team or a buddy then find an online group of like-minded folks.

FOUR – Self Development. I used to think that I did not need to read or listen to self-development books. I have changed my mind. There are so many good authors out there that can really change your outlook and can really tell you to get your act together because YOU are the only one that can make change happen. I have become a big fan of audible books because I can now listen to my favorite books while driving to work, while getting ready for the day, and while cleaning the house. What I have found is if you REALLY want it, TRULY want it, you will find a way.

Stay tuned as we continue to dig deep into these four steps and uncover new steps that will allow you to be the Best Version of You. Because, in the end, this is what it is all about. Being healthy and strong for us, for our family, for our friends, for our relationships, and for our careers. We have one life – LET’S LIVE BIG!
