We hear all the excuses on why it is hard to be healthy. When you hear them or say them to yourself turn the excuse around for a reason to be healthy!
1. I don’t have time! I get it ,we are all very busy. With Beachbody on Demand we save time as we do not have to drive to the gym or wait to use equipment, etc. Do you know you can get an effective workout in 20 minutes? It is also just as effective to break your workout times into intervals. 15 minute walk on your break, 15-20 minute HIIT workout, stretching etc. Try it. Scheduling your time is of utmost importance. Schedule your workout like you would for an important business meeting and don’t break that appointment. Your time is important.
2. I don’t know where to start! We have resources everywhere but we need to know who or what to trust. Start by adding 20-30 minutes of exercise and adding healthier nutrition into your diet. Beachbody on Demand provides easy to follow exercise and nutrition plans.
3. It is too expensive. Here’s a new way to think about healthy eating. When you buy junk food, you’re not only contributing to your expanding waistline but also wasting your money. Make your money work for you by buying inexpensive fruits and veggies and sticking to local produce when you can. You’ll soon feel the effects of your changes, and you won’t be spending $4 on a box of cereal or a bag of chips that has no nutrients of any kind. Instead, make your money work for you, your weight, and your health. Ultimately, you will likely be saving on medical expenses down the line because you chose to invest in your health!
