Join our small-group fitness classes to enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others. Small classes allow you to build a relationship with our team so they can get to know you and your goals. Our classes accommodate all fitness levels and are led by experienced instructors who ensure everyone gets the most out of each session.

We offer a variety of 45-minute and 60-minute classes to keep your workouts exciting and effective.

Zumba: Mondays @ 5:30pm
Dance your way to fitness with fun, energetic moves.

Barre: Wednesdays @ 6pm
Low-impact, high-intensity movements to tone and strengthen.

PiYO/SOULFusion: Thursdays @ 6:00pm
Alternates PiYO and SoulFusion monthly
A unique blend of Pilates, yoga, strength, and cardio set to music

Strength & Conditioning: Saturdays @ 8:00am
Focus on total body resistance training.

Pre-registration is required for all classes. You must register 2 hours before the start of class. Please bring a yoga mat to Barre, PiYO/SOULfusion, and Strength & Conditioning classes. Please change out of street shoes and into clean shoes for Zumba and Strength & Conditioning to help keep our studio clean.

$13 per class or buy a package of 10 classes for $120

Zumba

Zumba combines dance and fitness moves inspired by Latin dance and music.  Music includes both fast & slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. So much fun! This is a 45 /60-minute class.

Barre

Barre workout blends elements from ballet, pilates, yoga. and strength. Barre focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body while increasing flexibility and agility. Please bring your own yoga mat.

PiYO/SOULFusion

A combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength, cardio, and stretch. For people who want the mind-body benefits of a yoga or Pilates workout, but with higher energy. This is a 60-minute class set to music.

Strength & Conditioning

The strength class will focus on total body weighted and training exercises. This is a 45-minute class.
